    Inventory Inspection Policy

    1. Definition

    Inventory inspection refers to the process of checking and comparing the products/goods received in the shipment from Minh Tâm with the items specified in the customer’s order.

    2. Regulations

    2.1. Timing of Inventory Inspection

    • When Minh Tâm staff directly delivers the goods to the customer: The customer performs a joint inspection with the delivery staff at the time of receipt.

    • When delivery is through a third-party courier or shipping service:

      • The customer should check the seal on the package (the seal with the Minh Tâm stamp or the branded tape). If the seal is torn or shows signs of previous tampering, the customer should immediately make a report with the courier service.
      • After receiving the goods, if the customer discovers any discrepancy between the received items and the order, the customer can contact the sales staff or the customer service department for assistance according to the exchange and return policy. Note: Customers are advised to record a video while opening the package for reference if needed.

    2.2. Scope of Goods Inspection

    Customers are allowed to check the received products, compare and verify them against the order based on the following criteria: product code, size, color, specifications, etc., after the Minh Tâm staff confirms the order.

    • Absolutely do not open sealed product boxes or items with security seals or warranty stickers.
    • Do not scratch or remove codes from products with loyalty points or rewards.

    2.3. Steps for Handling Discrepancies in Received Goods

    If, during the joint inspection, the customer finds that the received products do not match the ordered items, please contact the sales staff or call the customer service hotline at 0917 662 701 or email [email protected] to confirm the order.

    • If Minh Tâm has packed the order incorrectly according to the customer’s request, the customer may refuse the delivery and not make any payment. If the order has been paid for, the customer can request a new order to be sent or a refund will be issued as per the return and refund policy.
    • If Minh Tâm packed the order correctly but the customer changes their mind, the customer may request an exchange or return under the return policy. In this case, the customer will bear the shipping costs (if any).
