Minh Tâm Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return and Exchange Period:
   Customers can exchange products within 3 days from the date of purchase, based on the invoice and warranty seal.

2. Conditions for Return and Exchange:

• The product must have a manufacturing defect or technical incompatibility.
• The product and its accessories must be kept intact, with no signs of dents, scratches, or damage.
• If only the accessories are faulty, we will exchange them with corresponding accessories.

3. Conditions Not Eligible for Return and Exchange:

• Products that do not meet the above-mentioned conditions for return and exchange.

4. Refund by Bank Transfer:
   If you have made a payment via bank transfer and there is a balance remaining after returning or exchanging a product, we will refund the excess amount to your account or return it in cash, based on your request.
